Chuck Rush

Vice President of Information Technology

With experience at several Fortune 50 companies, including McDonald’s Corporation and Lowe’s Home Improvement, Chuck has led teams of over 300 members, including senior leaders, spanning multiple geographies and supporting $100M+ projects. These projects required extensive interaction with senior IT and executive level business leaders. His travels have taken him to most continents (over 86 countries) and includes a five-year relocation to Great Britain. Chuck has an action-oriented management style – focused on team ownership, accountability, and execution – centering on quickly arriving at pragmatic solutions that can nimbly move an organization forward. Chuck’s leadership agility, depth of knowledge, and commitment to success span his entire career. As an example, his earliest hands-on implementation projects (with him literally pulling cables with his teams) were incubation efforts of foundational technologies we now take for granted (one of the first to globally connect corporate and regional offices and retail locations as well as the use of email in a corporate environment) – contributing as an active stakeholder directly with development teams to tweak and refine outcomes he was experiencing first hand.

Chuck has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Master of Business Administration from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY.
