Randy Lowman is Vice President of Operations for the Arevo Group. Randy is a versatile and experienced operational leader, with over 20 years of leading and advancing Information Technology, HR, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain activities for retail, distribution and manufacturing organizations. Randy combines this knowledge and experience with a strong passion and sense of urgency for his clients.
Randy’s major strength has been his ability to leverage his unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise to quickly assess the needs of his clients and rapidly source quality talent that matches their requirements, culture, values, and beliefs. His keen business insight into multiple disciplines has made Randy a highly coveted recruiting specialist within the manufacturing, distribution and retail sectors.
Randy holds a BS in Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He holds a certification from PMI as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) with APICS. When not searching for the perfect candidates for his clients, Randy enjoys spending time in the outdoors and is an avid backpacker, mountain biker and fly fisherman.
